belly buddy possible labor

Ok my friend is due a day ahead of me, meaning she is only 36+1 and her doctor said that is is 80% effaced and 3cm diialted, and she said she has been cramping all day. What are the odds of her giving birt by tomorrow night? Her doctor told her shell have the baby by Saturday and I was just wondering if it could possibly be true

    It is possible.. Then again it could take alot longer

    See I think this is why I am happy not knowing how dialated and effaced I am. No expectations lol.

    I know. I will be checked each week, starting last week. Its disappointing when no progress has been made..

    @dncrcass I heard being 3cm dialated and pretty effaced means labor is closeish.. just suprised at how she is at only 36+1

    @Karla_with_a_K yeah my doctor doesn't check you until 40 weeks unless you ask. Which I'm kinda glad because then I'm not stressing or going crazy.. but that is me, I know others are happy about it. My belly buddy switched docs because she wanted to be checked weekly.

    Ok. I am too. I was hopin to be more than 1cm last week, but nope. Ill be 37 weeks saturday. My next appt is friday. Maybe somethin has changed..

    Im due July 16. I have a girl thats 7 (8 in aug) a boy thats 3 and a 4yr old stepson. This baby is also a boy. My hubby wants a lil girl so we will try.1 more time I guess lol

    @Karla_with_a_K wow my daughter just turned 8 in march :) our kids are pretty close in ages :) although this is my last child. Getting my tubes tied. Can't take anymore kidney issues. Seems to get worse every pregnancy, or else I would try for a girl too :)

    My son turned 3 in march.:) so far ive had good pregnancies. No sickness or anything. Are your kidney issues due to being preggo?

    @Karla_with_a_K yeah. Sucks bad. I think they said something about my kidneys over calicifying and causing huge kidney stones, but only happens while I'm preggers.

    i got checked today, Im 39 weeks and 2cm dilated and 50% effaced but when nurse checked me she barely was inside and was like "wow! babies head is super low! and your so thinned out!" OMG Im hoping that means my babygirl will decide to come out soooooon!!!

    Ewww I have heard the stones hurt soooo bad.. My sons grandma seems to be gettin them quite a bit but we dont know why
