experienced mamas: pleease help give me hope!!

I'm experiencing A LOT of bad bad pain,cramps and insane amounts of pressure in my vagina and I can barely walk. I'm 39 weeks and 2cm dilated 50% effaced as of yesterday.....please tell me all this means baby is coming soon :-/
What did you feel like hours or a couple days before you had your baby!???

    I feel the same its up to the point were I have tears running down my face because I can't walk sit lay or even open my legs cause it hurts so much... I'm only 37 weeks nd doc said she should be here hopefully within the next week and the pain well she just said baby's so far down nd ready to come out

    gosh cant be far off day b4 this baby I was having painful yet spaced contractions all day felt fantastic but exhausted had her 7 nxt am

    I had two kids and didn't have any pain prior... It all started when I went into labor

    I wish I could say it was around the corner, but I was in pretty excruciating pain for a few weeks before I was induced. But that's the nice thing about pregnancy/delivery. No two are the same. ;)

    that happened to me the week i went into labor! keep your head up! sounds like youre in active labor to me!

    Thanks ladies! I'm crampy today and still a lot of pelvic pressure in the front! Gosh I hope she comes soon :(
