what where ur excuses to keep ur little secret longer?

so some of us when we find out we r preg we tell the world right away. (lucky u) :) but some of us can't so we come out with excuses to keep it a secret longer...what was ur excuse??

    Luckily the ones we're keeping it from we barely ever see, so we're in the safe zone :)

    When friends asked me to drink i would say i was on a medication that would cause severe side affects if i drank

    HA HA HA I love it. Teach people to get nosey!! lol I was one of the ones who can't hold it in. But one of the guys at work noticed when I was getting round, and streight out said, dang girl, either your preg again, or you getting FAT!! lol His way of asking lol cracked me up.

    I jus stayed away from my mom and sister cuz I thought they would b able to tell r see the "glow", but after I told my mom she said she had no clue. My sister said she knew something was up. It was so hard to keep it from them for a month

    My mum and partners mum said they knew from just looking at me! Apart from that its still a secret at the moment as I've had some bleeding. When I get asked on a night out I offer to drive- my friends are so happy they don't have to wait in the cold to get home they don't even bother asking why I don't want to drink!!

    My excuses so far: I'm getting fat=new years resolution to eat better (they work one in the same lol,) I'm going to the dr for migraines again, I'm the designated driver, I'm broke-- (I've raved/clubbed religiously for 3 years. That's a tough one to just "give up" for no particular reason without my friends asking what's up)

    I keep telling myself only 4 more weeks...then the questions will stop....4 more weeks...

    I work in the medical field, so I just kept telling people that I caught the stomach bug that kept going around! I don't think that anyone really believed me though, they just kept looking at me like I was stupid. :)

    Stress.lol I hid my 2nd child till I was almost 7 months

    My mom knew before me. Around everyone else I wore lots of hoodies. Luckily it was late fall so I could without being questioned.

    for our first kid we kept it a secret till I was 6 months...i was preg during fall and winter so baggy cloths and hoodies did the job well. but with this kid I dont think It will last long since I will b preg almost throughout the whole summer
