@Karla_with_a_K im also 1 1/2cm dialated but i dont now how effaced i am at the moment...and my back is killing me it even hurts when im sitting down sometimes! just cant wait till my little boy gets here now, are you haveing a boy or a girl?x
I'm 37+5 1/2cm dilated I've been doing a little bit of everything so tht I won't b disappointed at my nxt appt on Tuesday cuz I will b pissed if I'm still 1/2cm I've evn been jumping on the bed
I'm 37 weeks, 4 days.. having a baby girl!! I can't waaiiit to see her! I'm sick of being pregnant. Lol I'm in pain most the time, but I know shell come when shes ready. Idk if I'm dialated or not:/ dr hasn't checked that. I have an appt on Tuesday so hopefulle she gives me an idea!
around 37 weeks, got checked today 2 cm dialated and 50% effaced....and now im hurting like hell this afternoon, wonder if its from getting checked? I ate a big chunck of pinapple (fresh) first thing this morning its suppose to soften the cervix...crossing my fingers!
@Mama_busy_bee man I just got the nerve to eat piineapple because they said it can cause you to go into labor. So I was like ok 36 weeks should be safe for me to eat some pineapple. I ate some pineapple and I had contractions all evening.. I was so mad. All I wanted to eat was the pineapple, not go into labor!
@KalikoJenie Yeah thats what annoys me about most induction methods...they cause cramps alright, but nothing happens, so it makes you wonder if its even worth trying!
@Mama_busy_bee I wasn't actually trying to induce myself... and I'm pretty sure that I'm not going to try, mainly because I don't wanna psych myself out. Which is why I'm not getting checked until 40 weeks and then ill asked to be induced.
