scared and need advice

Im 7 weeks 4 days. On Thursday I had some bright red blood that covered part of a panty liner. On friday I went in for a scheduled u.s. with my dr. They gave me a abdominal ultrasound and said I was only 7 weeks 1 day, but seen a heartbeat. (W/ the abdomen u.s. at er I dated 3 days less then as soon as I got a transvaginal u.s. I was exactly were I should be) well this morning I don't have any morning sickness which I have been plauged with. Should I be worried? Sorry this is so long. Thanks for reading!

    I had spotting with my son, and he was fine! I'm sure you two will be also!

    Aww hope ur alright chicl,o miscarried on nov and it sounds loke i might be alright as u have heard the heartbeat since bleeding. Fingers and tpes crossed for you,sweetheart and try to relax and not panic.

    If you are worried call your doctor, at the beginning of my pregnancy one day and the next day nothing. I'm now 27 weeks with a healthy baby.

    Thanks! Im not bleeding anymore and I had some spotting with my first daughter. But never had my morning sicknesses and cravings just STOP after.. which is what has me worried. And I have really bad drs. Like they don't listen to anything I have to say.. its like since I don't have good insurance they don't have re time. And I would call but its Saturday n they r closed.

    I wouldn't worry about the morning sickness coming and goin. As long as the u/s was good everythings more than likely fine! Congrats!
