  • LOOOOTS of fiber. ive heard pudding helps and prune juice or lemon juice
  • I was told to drink lots of water, eat more foods with fiber, and prune juice
  • Ick. Im so constipated (tmi) but it hurts to even get out of bed. Can I just eat a lemon strait, bc I love them like that!! @survivormommie3
  • Try metamucal(sp). I had it badly with my son. It worked for me! You add it to water, they have diff flavors, its not bad.
  • @NewMama2Be24 what all has fiber in it
  • my dr said i could take fiber tablets .. drink lots of water.. and lots of fruits and veggies.. it works for me.. and i would be constipated if i didnt.. even when i go sometimes its pebbles.. lol.. tmi .. but true story
  • @mommyof3tobe could I use benefiber instead of that. I know we have some here for my mom.
  • @lae3 I have been taking fiber pills from walmart for about a week and hasn't phased me. I'm going to dr tomorrow and see if she can help me.

I have always had problems with going poop, even before baby, but now its just unbearable.
  • Fiber One bars.
  • @blueberrysmom I never thought about those!!!! Thanks :)
  • sorry girl.. me too.. it sucks.. and can be painful i know
  • Sure. Good luck! >:D<
  • They have so many flavors of fiber one bars and I even bought new fiber one brownies yesterday. They were so good. I also get fiber one yogurt and cereal.
  • Luckily I haven't had a problem in that department and it's because I drink water all day and make sure any bread or cereal I eat has 3% fiber or more. Remember to eat fruit! Try eating pistachios. :)
  • Vegetables, even some bread, they have these bars called fiber one that are delicious and have tons of fiber in them
  • Well idk about benefiber, I'd call doc n ask!! I think its similar though but call to make sure. The metamucil is what my doc reccommended for me. Hope u feel better!
