whats happening??? PLZ HELP!!!

So I'm 35w3d and about 30 mins ago I started cramping in my back...its bearable but getting stronger now. I think I had a few contractions, but not sure...this is my first do I dunno how they feel. No bleeding or anything, but the cramps are not letting up. Can this be a sign labor is coming?

    It could be a sign of a urinary tract infection. If you have urgency to pee and pain when you pee, I'd get checked for the infection ASAP. It could be BH contrations. Keep track of when they start & how long they last. If it starts to form a pattern, go in the ER.
