  • @lorinrene I have a few times, but I've also taken Tylenol PM. I sometimes find warm tea can be relaxing at night as well...it just all depends. Sadly, even though I have a headache, I have to take my hubby to work in a few hours so I cannot take any sleepy meds. :(
  • Hey my doc told me to take it for my allergies about 2 months ago..HOWEVER I HAD THE BEST SLEEP EVER...I suggest not to take it too much u can take one before u go to sleep to help u but not throughout the day. U can ask him also on ur next visit, just to be on the safe side since every pregnancy is different...GOOD LUCK....ZZZZZZZ lol
  • @misskristin my doc said tylenol is OK. But PM? that sounds delicious...can't wait til my next visit to ask him...lol
  • @My2sons I only take 1 and not every night, I do have chronic headaches though too, so it's a double bonus. 2 knocks my on my butt! lol
  • @misskristin Wow I need that because since my 2nd trimester I been having leg cramps n I find it hard to sleep...my husband sleeps n snores as he hits the bed..ughh I just wanna slap him. Lol I need sum. Imma get sum today. Lol
  • Ugh my sleep is soo effed up!! I've been gettin maybe 3 hours a night but i toss and turn so damn much between back pain and hip pain! Its so annoying! Maybe I'll try the tylenol pm's...Didn't know it was safe to take..Thanx! :)

  • I take a liquid generic version my bd/bf bought me from walmart and thank goodness it came with 2. I find I need it to sleep lately because I've been feeling hot and miserable (our A/C is starting not to work that great) and I have trouble breathing (which for some reason only happens at night) and getting comfortable but within a few minutes of taking it it knocks me out.

  • So how long does it take for everyone to fall asleep when u take it? And how much sleep do u need? Im gonna try it tonight but trying to figure out when i should take it...
