arguing with fiance now im spotting..... help

I'm wks I have been spotting for over a week not enough to even get on my panties but just when I wipe a very light pink went to my doctors but by then i had stoped n said everything was fine n send me to do bloodwork n today I had a huge argument with my fiance we haven't been talking for days n it blew up I started crying after I tell him off n when I went to go pee stillnot on my panties but definatly a lot more pink blood should I b worried he could b such a jerk

    U need to calm down, alot easier said then done. But u have too. does ur dr offoce have a 24 hrs line to call and ask them what to do?

    No they don't I've calmed down once I seen that I know its not worth it just scared now me j him are fine now once he head me crying in the restroom he stoped being a jerk n huge me n took me to bed n now he is a sleep but I don't tell him about the blood

    Well thats good that yall are better now.. This is my first and never spotted so im not sure what u should do. But try to think positive and rest.. I know there has been ladies on here that say theyve spotted and everything was fine
