@excitedforbaby you won't go to jail. Retailers aren't allowed to sell them anymore. If you have one and can't replace it, check with the manufacturer to see if they have an immobilizing kit for your crib and don't use the dropside function.
My crib is dropsided and I'll still be using it. We never used the dropside and I won't use it this time either.
You will get fined if you sell one at a garage/yard/moving/estate sale, or online etc. My mom made a huge deal of it because they wanted to save money, not buy me a crib, and just use the one I had as a baby.
Well haha! Because my grandma offered to buy my crib. And if she is willing to drop >$400 on a 14 yr old dog then I hope she does the same on her grandson
My baby won't even use a crib at all. She will be in a play pen till 1 yr then she is going to a toddler bed. All she is gonna do is sleep in it. Soooo..
