headache and dizzy.

I have such a bad headache I can literally feel my heart beat in my head and everytime I get up I'm so dizzy I fall backwards. Should I be worried something is wrong?

    My stupid Dr is on vacation until the 6 but ill call them.

    That's not normal.....I was like that a couple weeks before nd it was cause I was dehydrated. It can also be a sign of high blood pressure. Go to the ER if u continue or feel worse. G.L.

    Yea they told me to call the hospital and see what the nurse wants me to do.

    Headache went away but I am still so freaking dizzy! I'm going to go in tomorrow morning. I can't drive myself tonight.
