tummy sore & painful

Whenever I try to sleep on my right or left side it becomes painful for my tummy plus my baby kicks like crazy esp on the left side which isreally uncomfortable for me. On top of that I'm almost 30 weeks and often when I'm sitting down or walking my baby kicks really really low against my sore tummy or I guess the muscles there ar sore and weak. I'm really worried. Is it normal? Is anyone else experiencing this?
My babysitter kicks somtimes make me gasp.

    My baby moves sooo much...i think the constant movement may be the reason why our stomachs feel sore..i feel it to sometimes

    I was wondering about that also. Hmm, baby moving a lot sounds better then what I thought. Anytime I have a pain or sore feeling I am flipping out worried. My little one loves my left side also.

    My son loves my bladder and loves to kick on the left side by my belly button and I feel like I'm getting an internal bruise or something cuz if u tounch the spot it hurts like a bruise.

    Thanks it kinda reassuring to know I'm not the only one going through this. Even now as im sitting down she kicking mega hard and low. I can't wait for the pregnancy to be over so I can meet her.

    I asked my doc about that the other day she said it's very common to feel uncomfy during this time :-/ I have a hard time falling asleep & staying comfy too esp when it's so hot!
