fruit pizza yall should try it .
1 roll of sugar cookie dough
Roll dough out onto a pizza pan, or baking pan until completely covered the sides. Bake in the oven on the temp it says. When its done let cool for a good while you don't want icing to melt.
2 packages of cream cheese (soften)
1 stick of butter (soften)
1 cup of powder sugar (may have to add more)
1tsp of vanilla
Mix all together in a bowl.
After the pizza dough is done cooling then spread icing over the dough.
Top with Fresh fruit ex. blackberries, peaches,strawberries, kiwi, rasberries, blueberries,canlope,what ever fruit you like. Just becareful with frozen and juicy fruit it make the dough soggy. I hope y'all enjoy this it really is great treat.
