Foot Pain!

Anyone having extremely bad ankle and heel pain? I work full time as a cook and it feels as if the pain is worsening everyday. I'm trying to avoid having to take tylenol all the time but somedays I don't have a choice. I'm 30 weeks :)

    Hey, im 30 weeks too but dont have foot pains, I suffer with hip and pelvis problems... Maybe you need a bit of support around your ankle, it could be a bit weak. Maybe try bandage and if that fails ask your Dr, sorry I cant be more help :-)

    Yes! I'm now 36 weeks but my ankle ans foot pain got so bad I quit my job at 32 weeks I couldn't take it anymore it made me want to cry :( I feel for you! I tried everything but the only thing that works is just staying off of them....

    I recently had to get a pair of compression hose, but the only thing they did was make me hot! I already was cut down to 3 days a week but im really trying to keep working. Just hope they don't get worse :(

    Well I have foot pain more in my right ankle kind of like its fractured....smh I'm too heavy for my ankles lol but I sit at work which is weird
