Is this legal (in cali)

My doctor wrote me a work note saying I can not lift more than 10 pounds or climb ladders. My employer told me they wont accomidate them an that I have to go on disability. Which is not even a forth of my monthly income cant even pay rent wit it!!

  • That's basically like them discriminating you in not so many words once you got a excuse from the doctor they have to accommodate your needs pregnancy discrimination
  • I work n a warehouse on a army base, an we dont even normally left more nb than 10 lbs an they have other employees wit the same lift limits. But tgey are still working. An I called state about it an they are investigating it
