how many weeks are you? and how dialated and effaced? progress anyone?

I'm 38+3 and nothing. Pretty disappointing and discouraging. How many of you ladies are near and what's ur progress?

36 weeks and 4 days. I was checked on monday and I'm 60% effaced and 2 cm dilated and baby's head is low.
