first appointment

I'm 7 weeks and 4 days I scheduled my first appointment today I'm a little scared just wondering can you have a miscarriage without bleeding I'm just scared there's not going to be anything in there on my first ultrasound anyone else feel this way freaking my self out lol

    Ohmigosh i know exactly how u feel everytime i feel a cramp or sharp pain i get scared something is wrong but u wont miscarry without any signs and if your preggo there will definitley be something on the ulttrasound screen so dont worry stress increases your risk of MC just relax and start thinking of names u like and what colors u want the nursery :) its going to be awesome and you will be so thrilled when it comes time to find out the sex and to feel the first kick juuuuuuuust wait lol

    I'm on my 3rd baby & I feel the same way. Its all apart of the beginning phase. I'm 4 wks & cnt wait for my 1st appt.. You & baby will be fine, don't worry it only gets better!

    You'll be fine just relax!:) I know how stressfull it can be cuz u don't feel anything this early..but u will see one little bean on the screen and the flashing of his/her heartbeat! I'm on #2! Congrats

    Im exactly same bt my last pregnancy did end up in missed misscarriage. Had no bleeding or anything and had all pregnancy symtoms bt when I went for 1st ultrasound at what should have been 13 weeks discovered baby had stopped developing round about 5 weeks. But my body was stil producing pregnancy hormones and urine and blood tests came bk as I was pregnant. Nw am 6 weeks pregnant for 3rd time and counting dwn the weeks till 1st ultrasound which will be at round about 13 weeks.
