Don't buy walmart dopplers. Bought one with my last baby and we couldn't hear anything until i was 30 weeks. It is definitely worth it to spend the extra for a quality product, especially if there is a chance you will need it again. You may try ebay or another internet auction site to try to save some money.
They dont work inless there the ones the doc has,, ive bought them and returned them all,,, I was goibg to get the doc kind but they were like 500 bucks up to 1000 bucks
I bought one called heart to heart from babies r us, i can hear some small rythms in there but I'm only 11 weeks so ill have to wait a while to hear it.
My sister n law got me one for christmas it was only around 25 on amazon and its brand is BabySound and its just the fetal doppler. It works well I love it bc hearing the heartbeat never gets old. He even kicked it a few times already!
I got mine online LOVED IT but I can't remember the site!:( it was 20$ to rent it for 3 months...it was the best investment ever!. Loved it for those early months..or when you worry!:)
I no thats why I want it, so i don't have to worry and if ever I wanted to hear him then I could just go grab it I think it defiantly will be something to invest it I'm getting excited, I don't like waiting for the ultrasounds they are too far away, my next is 11th march and I just can't wait that long ! The one I have is really a good one its pocket size and its really loud. You can also plug it in to your computer and record it which is nice if u want to email the heartbeat to family members! That's the BabySound pocket doppler on amazon
