prayers for my mom please update

Hi ladies, my mom was rushed to the hospital and is currently in the ICU. She has diabetes and is experiencing kidney problems and metabolic acidosis. She is in serious but stable condition. I am so worried for her and my mind is going crazy. I am also super stressed because my baby shower is Sunday and I am most likely going to cancel it. I'm so upset right now and would really appreciate it if you could take a moment and say a prayer for my mom. She is like my best friend and will be my daughters only grandma. Thank you ladies.

Thank you everyone. I haven't talked to her yet today, but I texted her and she texted me back. It was blank but she does that a lot lol so at least I know she read it. I will update as soon as I know more.

Ok so I just talked to her, and she sounds MUCH better than yesterday. She said she feels a lot better too. They are giving her a blood transfusion which will help even more. Unfortunately, she won't be out by tomorrow so I still have to postpone my baby shower, but I'm just glad she is ok. Thank you so much for all your thoughts and prayers, I am sure it helped

Hey everyone, I saw my mom earlier and it seems like she is on the up and up. Won't be out of the hospital for a while, but she is feeling good and is in good spirits. This ordeal has definitely reminded me not to take anyone for granted, especially family. So if you will, take a moment to remind those closest to you how much you love them!

@angieahrens they aren't sure yet. Her electrolytes were very low and they found out she's very anemic. But they don't have a specific cause yet.
