I am addicted to making chicken curry right now & my hubby didn't even want to try it at first, but now he wants it more than I do!...

    2tblsp canola oil
    2tblsp butter
Heat both in large skillet... then add:
2 large boneless/skinless chicken breasts, sliced in 1/2 strips.
Sauté until no longer pink, then add:
1 large sweet onion, sliced thinly.
Continue cooking until onion is just barely transparent, then add:
    1 tsp salt
2 tblsp curry seasoning (available at any grocery store in the spices)
& 1 cup water w/ 2 tblsp cornstartch dissolved into it.
Lower heat & simmer until sauce thickens, then serve over white rice. Enjoy! :)

  • Ok quick chicken parmesan. Its cheap also and feeds a whole herd in 20 mins:

2 packs of breaded chicken patties
1 jar of your favorite spagetti sauce ( any flavor will do )
    1 box spaghetti cooked
16 slices of your favorite cheese ( I usually use white american or mozzerella)
    Salt, pepper, oregano for taste

Step 1) brown the patties in a skillet on both sides. Top with cheese
Step 2) top with sauce and allow to simmer maybe 5 mins to let the cheese blend with the sauce

    Serve over cooked spaghetti

This is the quickest one I could think of:
    Hot dogs wrapped with bacon.
Wrap the bacon around the weiner
Put a toothpick on each end
Cook on low heat so the bacon is fully cooked
Make sure you keep turning the weiner so it cooks evenly
    Add condiments
top with shredded cheese, diced tomatoes, avocado, onion.

  • Ok this is one of my favorite things! Its simple and really yummy!
    Dorito Pie
    1bag of nacho cheese doritos
    1can cream of mushrrom
    1can cream of chicken
1 can of original rotel tomatoes
    1medium size onion
    1lb ground beef
    3 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Brown the groundmeat and onion. Drain. Add the soups, ground beef, 1 1/2 cups of cheese. (I always add just a little more) and drain a little of the juice fromthe rotel and add that. Cook until cheese is melted. Crush the doritos into crumbs and slowly add them to the soup. After you mix well put in a casserole dish and add the rest of the cheese it might take a lil more ju and bake at 350degrees for about 20min or until the cheese lightly browning and bubbling.
I always put sour cream on top! Enjoy its yummy!
