Heartburn

I'm having some of the worse heart burn today any ideas of other things besides tums that would work

    Where are you from? I ask because in UK we have gaviscon, tastes a bit like liquidated chalk but works a treat

    I live in the usa we have it in pill form I think

    Zantic works for me but if your looking for gayer relif the malox but the malox doesn't work long and you have to keep taking it.

    Go to a natural food/health food store and get papaya enzymes. They are completely safe, good for digestion and will work wonders on your heartburn. My midwife recomended them to me. Let me know how they work for u
