  i would say it's ok. it's dag on hot out. just keep her covered since sunscreen isn't safe for her yet, and start with just toes and feet.

  Just keep her in the shade. Usually about 10 degrees cooler there.

  I was told only after they've had their 2 month vaccines, and the water must be 87° or more because they can't maintain their body temp yet.

  @SOSmommy yay she just got her shots on monday and the pool is under the shade so no sun really hits it

  You should be fine taking her in the water as long as its not really cold. I wouldn't keep her in for long just enough to keep her cool. If your hot she's hot.

  Wow!! I really needed to know this info too! Mine is just 5 weeks!! I guess its a NO! its ok, cuz i really cant get in the water yet... I used to love the pools, Now its like I have No interested in them!!

  i waited till my son got his first vaccines at his 2 month check up. hes 11 weeks now since then I've taken him in the pool at my apartment building 3 times but i only keep him in there 5-10 minutes and. i have him in a a long sleeve swim shrt so the sun doesn't get his skin
