any tip for VBAC?

I had a c section 21 months ago since she was birched I like to try VBAC anyone has tips or story to share?

I have had two prior CSections, but my OB will not allow me a VBack. If your dr is willing to let you do it, I say go for it! Recovery is much easier with vaginal birth versus CSection! Good luck!
