Can anybody that has had a miscarriage please tell me the symptoms... I had a faint positive pregnancy went to doctors to confirm it came up negative 13 days after my missed period I got my period. Now I am cramping extremely bad please help

    I had bad cramping worse than any peirod .. I just felt like something was wrong ... I started bleeding a week later

    I had a little spotting and that was it no cramping or pain.

    I had spotting then cramping with blood clotts but wen u finally lose it its worst then cramps.. hope everythings okay

    I had two miscarriages, both around 5 1/2 weeks. If I hadn't taken pregnancy tests, I would've just thought my period was late. My experiences were the same as having a normal period.

    Never had any awful cramps, just similar bleeding to a period that looked slightly different. Thank goodness it wasn't a huge deal... just devistating. I hope all is OK...

    My bestfriend took 3 pregnacy test all came back positive we went 2 the doctor and they said she was 9 weeks we went to another doctor for her 1st ultrasound and they saw no baby does anybody know wats going on I'm scared for her she juss thinks she had a miscarriage I think she should go to the emergency room please help

    I also had a faint pos and a couple weeks later it was neg. I'm thinking that I maybe have lost it right around while testing BC the hormones stay in your body... I'd ask your Dr!

    Go to the doctor would be my first suggestion... I didn't know I was pregnant when I lost my baby at around 4 weeks... I had extreme pain and excessive bleeding for a few hours, then it eased off and was just like a heavy period... goodluck

    So this is what I've learned and experienced: it's possible for a pregnancy to terminate before you start bleeding and cramping. So if you got a faint positive its still positive. So the pregnancy most likely didn't progress past the time you went to the doc to confirm. The bleeding and cramping sounds like miscarriage. Some ppl do not pass the tissue on their own and require a d&c which is a medical procedure to remove it. I have been bleeding since Thurs. I miscarried Fri morning as I am positive that I saw the fetus and tissue pass that morning. I've been cramping and with the heavy cramps came the clotting.     @msjazzyb a pregnancy can terminate before bleeding occurs in some cases. The docs may have assumed the baby was 9 weeks based on her lmp. I've heard of the tissue reabsorbing into the body so the us tech maybe didn't see anything bc of that. :( if she doesn't pass the tissue on her own she may need a d&c. I'm sure her docs will talk to her about her choices. I'm sorry for your friends loss.

    @msjazzyb I was just coming back to this post. I just found in my what to expect book that your friend could have had a chemical pregnancy. Look it up :)

    There are a few different kinds of mcs. It kinda depends on that and how far along u are..id call ur dr and make an app to see her now
