Back pain is normal so is pinched nerves. I was in a car accident and have a severe back and hip injury. I'm 12w 1day and have an appointment with a pain management Dr who works only with preggers moms. They r extremely hard to find most drs don't wanna touch u when they know ur expecting but they r out there if the pain is too bad to handle or u have a previous injury. There r meds they can prescribe if the pain is too bad but r safe for the baby. But try tylenol and a heating pad or even a warm bath a few times a day and see if that helps.
