had an interview today :(

I'm 7 months and I don't know why I keep puttin myself through this but anywho so I'm in the interview answering questions and she asks me if I'll be needing any days off and I'm like yes in October I'm pregnant (my stomach is huge)... After that the interview all of a sudden ends and she says "well I also have other jobs that you can apply for like Carters and thats more mothers you should try applying for that. " I was so upset! Why is being pregnant such a bad thing? Besides the days off I'm still capable of doing the work and its customer service for Gods sake I'll be sitting down the whole time. Oh well thanks for listening ladies.

    Time off needed in any job when you are being interviewed is always a problem , i dnt think its only pregnant girls like us .

    @cute_pebbles exactly! I really didn't understand I was more than qualified for the job and I answer all of the questions correctly.

    At least she suggested something else? I'm sorry! What is Carters? I was turned down for a dream job in Atlanta when I was like 12 weeks :( it sucks I shouldn't have told them.

    That's exactly y I'm waiting til after the bby is born to look for another job. I don't think ur answers had nothing to do w it. I think it has more to do w them needing someone asap and knowing that in about two months u will b out for at least 6 wks and them having to find someone to replace u for that time.

    @loveourlittleone its for its the baby clothing store and its like a customer service position. I had no choice she could clearly see I was pregnant.
