stds/stis at prenatal appts, my bff is 36weeks along and just found out her ex hubbys dirty ass cheated on her n contracted herpes and chlamydia, she tested positive for chlamydia but nothing else so were wondering if docs check for everything when ur preggo...

They do but herpes can only be checked if you have an outbreak they don't just show up with a pap

@firsttimemommytobe is the blood test that detects it routine? shes never had an outbreak theyve been split for 2yrs but she did the deed with him bout 4months ago again and his mother who love$ her to death called her n told her he has herpes that his dad kept the letter with tge + for it hidden in supposed fear that everyone might act like he has the plague, anyway it was dated back to 2weeks after theyre wedding 2yrs ago so thats y shes stressin so bad

They told me they only test for chlymidia,ghonnerea, syphilis, hiv, hepatitis b.
