  • Stretch it may help. I never had it but my sister has had it all her life

  • I have it, but only in one leg. Anxiety, stress, caffeine, and some medications can trigger it. Sometimes my legs and feet can be so sore, so hubby will massage it, and he will make it feel better other times it causes it to go nuts! There is a herbal supplement you can get that always helps me but I haven't used it during pregnancy. RLS sucks! Just ask my poor hubby...he wakes up with bruises from me kicking him:(
  • I have had it for many years. I always have at least ont leg going but its usually both. I am so use to it I don't even notice most of the time till someone asks why my legs are shaking or my husband grabs them and tries to stop it but usually even him holding them down doesn't help
  • I have it sometimes and its so annoying! To me it feels like someone is tickling my feet or like there is lightening bolts in them.
  • I have it. Some nights it bothers me and some nights it doesn't. I usually just move my legs around when I feel the need until I fall asleep.
  • Yes I'm trying to sleep they don't move much they just feel like they want to go for a jog or something.
  • I only get it for a few hours in the evening. Pretty lucky, I'd say. Stretching or walking seems to help. Or a warm shower.
  • I have horrible rls! It is the most uncomfortable thing ever
  • I got it with my first child and it never went away I can't even go to the movies it drives me crazy. I am pregnant with my third child and when I am pregnant its 20 times worse when I am not pregnant its still around a 8 on a scale of 1-10 I haven't found anything that eases it
  • I have had it for years and nothing helps during pregnancy. I have tried all the remedies and nothing works. I don't really drink caffeine anyway but I stay away from anything with chocolate in it after like 2 pm. It is a horrible feeling. I had 2 foot surgeries last year and I have alot of nerve pain so massages are out. I don't want my husband touching my bad foot because the nerve pain makes it that much worse. When I am not pregnant/breastfeeding, I take medication specifically for RLS and insomnia (as well as nerve pain and general pain). Sorry to be the negative Nelly, but I get no relief. Good luck to you!
  • My doctor put me on magnesium for it. It seems to help me.
