throwing up blood???

I'm 34 weeks and everything i eat now is just coming back out... i threw up all my food then all of a sudden I see red?? Its not a bright red but a red that is mixed with brown? Could it be blood? I didn't eat anything red at all today nor yesterday so could it be bad or just a little tear cause when i last thew up my throats hurts and it is very very bitter also... I know i should call my doctor but i just want to make sure first before i make any phone calls. So what do you ladies think it is??

    anytime you throw up blood you should inform your doctor!

    Yeah but i'm not sure if it is?? i know i should call but it could just be something else but i should just call anyways even though it could just be something else. better to be safe then sorry.

    I throw up blood a lot my doctor wasn't too worried she said the esophagus gets realy agitated. It especially happens after a lot of dry heaving or when I have really long throwup that literaly empties all the contents of my stomach.

    OMG!, That can just be from Acid reflux! try not to eat anything acidic... TEAS, ACIDIC FRUITS, SODAS, umm... TOMATOES, PASTA SAUCE, SPICY, or even PEANUTS! see if that will calm your esophagus!
