i cant sleep!!! i feel so uncomfortable. :[ i havent been able to sleep lately so im ive been more tired and it sucks that im already always tired. what can i do?!
Yogi bedtime tea!! Its valerian root and chamomile. Its sooo good and super relaxing. Or try a super hot bath or shower about 30 minutes before bed. It will raise your body temperature and naturally when your temp drops, you will get tired. If you're not already, try light exercise in the morning. I can never sleep if i don't exercise. If peeing is a problem, you should try to stop drinking 2-3 hours before bed. Also, studies have shown that people sleep better in complete dark than with any lights, it can interfere with the natural ciradium rhythm. Light triggers something in our bodies to not sleep. Naturally humans sleep at not during the day, so light will cause you to not fall into a deeper sleep, making it easier for you to wake up. And if you're one of those ladies who thinks you must sleep on your left side and you don't normally and that is causing a discomfort, you're better off sleeping in any position than staying awake on that side. You're right side is just as good as your left. It actually is better for you because your heart is on the left side of your chest cavity. So laying on your left, your heart is leaning up against the cavity wall, causing your heart to pump harder. On your right side, your heart hangs in the middle causing a slower more steady beat, also making it easier for you to stay in a relxed state.
Well, that's all I've got on sleep! Hope something helps!! Good luck!!
