PLZ HELP ME WITH MY "?" !!!!!!!

So last night I started to spot a lil of blood.... and when I would wipe, I had pink discharge.... Im 36 weeks and 4 days... I've had no sex (hubby is scared too) im going for my ultrasound today to see if baby P is laying breech, plus I have a bicornate uterus... (heart-shaped) I called my Doc, she told me to take it easy....

My "?" Is... is the the start of my bloody show, or is it stress related? I just moved to Tucson and have been busy unpacking still.... I have a high pain tolerance too, but my right side cramps and lower back kills... I haven't been checked if im dilated.... most likely I was told ill have a c-section... im scared.. any advice or help?!

    Why a c section? And maybe its because you're moving around a lot unpacking. Maybe you should take it easy and see it bleeding still continues.maybe call becuz you also have cramps.

    If its straight blood I don't think its your bloody show

    you have a choice of csec or not.. it could be your mucus plug.. and if so its ok it could be a while before any labor sets in.. some people lose it wks before labor.. but if your cramping you should probably drink a glass of water put your feet up.. and if you dont feel better in an hour.. or you bleed alot.. not just spotting.. i would go in right away.. just to be safe..

    @valentinasmommy im a ftm and have been high risk untill 23 weeks... with heart-shaped uterus you usually can have a normal birth or have complications....
    Baby P has been laying sideways since he was 14 wks....

    I have a bicornuate uterus also. I lost my mucous plug at 26weeks and had her at 30 weeks. She was breech so I had to have c section. Doc said cause of shape of uterus she would not have turned. Had to have a horizontal incision too. Apparently the horns on the uterus can clamp down on babies head when the cut you open. If the do horizontal incision the can get baby out faster.

    of course i am no doctor, but it sounds like it could be either your uterus, or maybe the start of losing your plug as well as bloody show. but of course you want to clean and all- but take it easy. try doing some unpacking in 30 minutes intervals then sitting with some water and a snack for about 30-45 minutes.

    Thanks ladies.!!! @salsabia not going to lie... u kinda scared me.... will they tell me at my ultrasound today then?

    The ultrasound should tell them everything the need to know. if they do a vag ultrasound it will tell if your dilated or thinned out. My mucous plug wasn't bloody. It looked like Yellow snot. Gross I know. LOL
