HELP!!

ok so since yesterday i have been having light contractions and this morning i woke up bc my contractions have gotten stronger but i havent lost my mucous plug nor has my water broke. but the last contraction almost made me cry! im 39w 4d btw.. how do i time contractions?

that help me alot! my contractions are 6 min apart now very painful but imma wait till they r 2 min apart so i can go to the er. i am a ftm so i really dont no :-S

I never lost my plug, and my waters never broke. Id go to l & d just to be safe. Good luck x x
