  • Not sure about your tummy, but I think it shrinks with time. Use lanolin on your nipples to soothe the soreness. You can even leave it on when you bf I think.

  • You can wear a body shaper it'll help you feel more like yourself and will help get your belly back and no jiggling while running :).. they're cheap at walmart.
  • I'm breastfeeding and my belly goes down a little every day, it seems. My son turned 2 weeks old yesterday. I also wear a tummy and thigh shaper (one piece) from Victoria's Secret, and I think that has helped as well. Give it time and you'll definitely see it go down, and exercise will help it even more once you get the go-ahead from your doc.

I use Lanolin on my nipples, by Lansinoh. It works wonders. Hope you are enjoying your baby! :)
  • I've ben pumping and bf for 3 months. I'm smaller now than before I got preg. In fact I'm too small in my opinion. Don't want to lose more but keep losing every week. I'm a nurse and I work my ass off literally!
  • Yeah your stomach should shrink within time! With breast feeding get a good latch and I use the medela advance nipple therapy...its a life saver!
