Ugh. not again...bleeding

so about 3 wks ago I started gushing blood, went to the ER & everything checked out okay. So about 30 minutes ago I felt some fluid coming out, thought i was peeing on myself but it was blood, again. its pretty much slowed down to a VERY slow leak/spotting but idk if i should worry bc my doc said bleeding/spotting w/ twins was normal in the first trimester.

by the time i went to my 6wk postpartum visit i was pregnant so my body had very little time to recover from my last pregnancy

    I don't have twins but gushed almost the whole first trimester.

    In a way it was . I'm 22 weeks pregnant with a healthy baby. At one point I stood up and lost a clot the size of a grapefruit and soaked my jeans to me knees. Baby was still in there like nothing happened.

    I have a friend that is having twins and the same thing happen to her. Her doc said it was normal and a common occurrence when having twins. He also told her to take it easy.

    I spotted ridiculously throughout my whole 1st trimester. I even hemmoraged, got rushed to the ER via ambulance, and got a transfusion. But like @ll10, the baby was just fine through it all. I was passing huge clots and everything when I was losing all that blood in the ER. I'm on light activity and pelvic rest & I'm 25 weeks today with a healthy baby girl. I have a huge fibroid that was causing the bleeding. Good luck hun. How many weeks are you?

    Also bc your uterus wasn't completely healed, it could be placenta previa. That happened w me and I'm now 26w after 2 mcs.

    I'm currently pregnant with twins, 28 weeks, and this did happen to me my entire first trimester. I did go to the hospital when the bleeding got heavy just to check. Everything was fine, although my doc did put me on bedrest just in case.

    I started bleeding heavily at 13 weeks, went to the ER, passed 2 big clots. I soaked a HUGE fat pad in about half an hour. I was literally gushing blood, said supposably it was a hemmorage but my lil monkey was ok. Hope everything is ok with u.

    @ExcitedForOctober yeah the bleeding has stopped, now i'm just waiting for my doc appt tuesday
