period like cramps at 20 weeks? help

Is it normal or should I call the after hour call center? I've had what feels like period cramps for the past couple days in my lower stomach. Feels exactly like period cramps! What should I do ladies? Any ideas what it is

    I would think its your uterus stretching yi make room. Unless you have severe pain or bleeding I wouldn't worry to much...but theres nothing wrong in calling either.. hope its nothing serious.

    Are they timable? If they are could be contractions.
