Csection mummys

Due to have 2nd section in jst over 3 wks, last time was an emergency n was put to sleep, the closer it gets the more worried I am, as I m now commited to this major operation with 6 wks recovery, I havnt slept right in a week :( thinking bout it, any1 else this nervous or am I jst being a big baby?

    I had two. I'm sure I was nervous but I don't remember. Honestly, I can't speak for everyone but to me it seemed that the second one was much easier. I got out of bed sooner then the first and I seemed more mobile and recovered quicker. I hope its the same way for you.

    They didnt have time to gimme more epidural as hb kpt dropping, so I dnt really remember anything for bout 5 hours after birth

    I feel the same as you. This will be my 2nd as well. 1st was an emergency and I had to be put to sleep halfway through it. Im scared about this one. I didn't like all of the tugging and pulling and I can remember how difficult recovering was. Im hoping they will give me some medicine to calm me down before hand. I know im going to be a nervous wreck. Hopefully all will go well with the both of us!

    Thanks, il b fine after op hopefully its jst the thot of getting it done that scares me!, didnt find the recovery that bad last time but I still stayed with my mum so she helped alot, n hubby has 2 wks off work so he l b around to look after me!

    @vtmamajuju yeah im gonna ask at docs if there is anything that they can give me for nerves, I have choosen to have a section this time as baby was over 12lbs last time n no1 saw that coming so didnt wanna take the chance, but as its got closer I wonder if im making wrong decision
