My feet hurt so bad because of how swollen they are!

Is there any way to make the swelling go down some? I can't even bend my toes! :_(

  • @MrsForesee yes ouchie! It hurts so bad my bf has confined me to the bedroom so I don't have to walk at all. With every step it feels like my foot got ran over :_(
@mommyofsoon2b3 I'm making andy get a tub of water now. I'm desoerate
  • @Jess510 I've tried a bath and it didn't do much :(
  • @jazzi89 I hope it works atleast somewhat! my bff has pre e and thats what she says helps her to get the swelling to subside enough to where its not killinh her
  • @mommyofsoon2b3 it feels good. Hopefully it helps. I'm so ready to be done
  • Have someone massage your feet in an upward motion. Soak and elevate.
  • I can't believe they haven't induced with you having pre-e and your feet looking like that. My feet looked like that with my last two and it was like walking on pin and needles.
  • @ash1la I tried masssging and its too uncomfortable. I'm being induced in 2 weeksish. And ys it does feel like pins and needles. I'm miserable
  • Wooooooow. Hmmm....have no idea.
  • Yeah it's going to be painful but take some tylenol and it will help move the fluid out of your feet.
  • @jazzi89 she just txtd me again n said once the ice melts dump half the water out n pour more ice in she said make it where its basically ice with a lil bit of water just to make it basically not just a bowl of ice and keep doing that til u feel its been done long enough she said shes actually fallen asleep sitting up before with her feet in ice because it felt so good lol, I really do feel for you tho hun even tho I havent delt with it ever. I have delt with a broken pelvis while preggo thst s_cked ass but for some reason ur poor feet look sooo much more painful :(
  • @ash1la I have tylnol in me right now
@mommyofsoon2b3 k ill have bf bring more ice then. It does feel good. And yikes a broken pelvis seems much worse.
  • @jazzi89 ok hun update me im guna plug this stupid phone in, put the kitten in the office and try to fall asleep goodnight :)

@jazzi89 I have it bad too the only thing I have found is soaking them in a cool tub for about an hour and then laying on my bed with my feet on the wall elevated above my head. It takes a minute to feel better but once you stand again it will come back, just a warning!
And the pins and needles feeling makes it impossible to get comfy even if your not on your feet!
