Is this Heartburn/Acid Reflux???

Ive never had either.. but every now and then i randomly get this feeling where its just hot air in my throat kind of like how it feels after you throw up .. i have no pain in my chest just the hot air in my throat like acid ... HELP!!!

It could b just heartburn..... I have acid reflux nd its the worst feeling eva...the pain is horrible nd unexplainable it hurts my back nd my stomach sometimes my stomach swells up nd I can't breathe until the pain stops......since I been prego I haven't had one of those encounters just heartburn

@All thanks.. i hate this .. i wasnt sure because i never had it before . but i thought it was caused when you eat something etc mine just comes randomly

I get it all the time but I've found that drinking a big glass of milk really helps it.

Acid reflux is when something comes back up and it burns. Kind of like throwing up in your mouth. Ive been having that instead of heartburn. In my second tri I've had it like crazy.

That is how it is with me and I asked my doc about it abd he said it is because the baby is pushing everything up so it is worse during the last part of being prego

@Angelmonkeymelody @valentinasmommy yea i was thinking acid reflux because i dont have any pain in my chest its just when i burp throw up comes up and goes back down and then randomly i feel like i have this hot air or burning in my throat.. but then just like

It is.lol heartburn can last for ever and reflux happens one time. May have that disgusting taste in mouth/burning but goes away when you drink a lot of water.ill take it.lol @FirstTimeMommyToBe
