babies in the sun??

So when is it okay to like take baby to the beach for a cpl hours?? Im a first time mom and i have no idea aboit these things!!!

    Well u can't put sunscreen on them for a while so I would avoid too much exposure ..

    I dont know about how long in the sun..But i know your suppose to expose them to the sun so they get vitamin d.

    Hm my baby is 6 weeks old..and i eas thinking of it and maybe just bing in the shade most of the time but i just dont know.

    Ask your doctor I'm sure u could call & the nurse could probably give u an answer I live in houston so I wouldn't take my 6 week old to the beach

    It's fine to take them, just keep them cool and in the shade at all times. Also don't go at the hottest time of the day 11-2/3 here, try to go around then if its really warm. I thought sunscreen is fine for babies and I would cover mine but I live in the UK so might be different. Remember a hat too!
