  • I had both my kids at 38weeks. An I'm sure thers prolly a easier way of timing contractions but I wrote mine dwn on a piece of paper. I wrote what time it was when a contraction started an what time it was when the contraction ended.
  • It feels like a consistent pain, its my first pregnancy and I'm lost on what to look for :( lol
  • I Was Wondering The Same Thing

  • Ooo ok I'm just having a cramping pain below my stomach, feels kind of tight but its bearable for now, thanx :)
  • If you have a smart phone theres free apps you can download to time them. You just push a button when it starts & when it stops then it will tell you the length & interval automatically. Pretty cool. :)
  • I'm definitely going to do that great idea
  • I'm feeling a lot of pain in my lower abdomen. Like a flash of pain. Kinda like period cramps. Is this just braxton hicks?? It was kinda consistent the last hour. But then they subsided. I'm a first time mom.
  • they say from start to start..and dont call till they are 4-5mins apart and you cant handle the pain or else they will send you home
  • You should feel tightening with the cramps
  • That period like cramp is actually little contractions that aren't strong enough to do anything nor are they regular. I've been having those for two weeks now. I was connected to a monitor and saw the contractions but had no idea that I was having them other than that period-like ache. Im 37 weeks today.. hoping they start to get a little stronger so I can begin to dilate! Good luck momma!
