we just had earthquake

5.8 magnitude. Scary, and pretty close. They were evacuating the Capital and Pentagon. We live closer to where it happened and we had things falling and glass breaking everywhere. I know we aren't CA, but that was scary. BP is up for sure! Praying everyone is ok.

So just checked with friends and work, it was bumped to a 5.9. Structural damage reported to national Cathedral, but no reports of injuries or first responders being called. Hoping it stays this way!
  • I was having mild braxton hicks over weekend, have had a bad one since earthquake. They are saying this is the largest earthquake to hot Virginia since 5.9 of 1897.
