Hypoglycemia and BF???? Anyone?

I have had issues with low blood sugar that started in the pregnancy. My 3 hr blood glucose test, at hour 3 I was only at 35. Anyways, bf seems to make it worse and effects my baby's blood sugar. Last night I was at 55 and my little one seemed to show signs of low blood sugar too. I know its not a common thing, but anyone experience this and what did u do?

    Im hypoglycemic and my dr knows it. He just tells me to watch it especially now being preggo cuz I've passed out twice. I haven't had my glucose test done yet but he's scheduling me one. He said that I can still do everything the same for now just to drink juice and eat healthy. Idk about how it affects anything else. Sorry im not much help.
