Old people piss me off.

So my fiance's grandma wants to come pick me up to go shopping for a few last minute things for our baby..well she told me a couple days ago she WOULD BE AT MY HOUSE AT 1PM. so I planned my whole damn day around her. Today she calls me at about 12:30pm and says hey I just got out of the tub I will be at your house be 2pm!!!! WTF I'm so pissed because this woman thinks that the world revolves around her! She is NEVER on time for ANYTHING!!!! She is cutting into my damn nap time! I know I probably sound bitchy because she is trying to buy me stuff for my baby but c'Mon I have a life too and i like my afternoon nap since sleep lately is pretty much nonexistent! It is now 1:50pm and she probably just got out to her car and started it! It takes like 45 minutes to get to my house! Yay no nap time for me :( (Vent over)

    You should had nap when she told you she was going to get there at 2, and to be honest ma you are kind of over reacting, I think you are just cranky because of the lack of rest, old people do things at a slower pace and dont forget we all get there.

    Well @Janet_2011 that would've been a good plan(I like the way you think) but I had things to do and places to be that I planned around her. She just likes to take her sweet ass time for everything! When we got to the store just to buy bottles she HAD to look and touch EVERYTHING. we were in the store for over an hour just for bottles LOL I love her to death but I just can't go shopping with her while I'm pregnant. Usually I'm right there with her looking and touching everything but I'm not trying to do that with my sore swollen feet and my horrible hip and back paint every time I take a step!

    My grandma is the same way ! Late for everything and talkative ta-boot! Touches everything! Just awesomely crazy is what I call it :)

    My dad is like that! I need to borrow money for my phone bill and he was supposed to come yesterday but he didn't even call. It used to really aggravate me but he was in a motorcycle wreck that almost killed him. He walked away with 2 concussions, a bunch of broken ribs, a broken neck, and a broken wrist. Yes, I said WALKED away. Those concussions have given him some short term memory and he works a lot so if he doesn't have the time, I understand and we just make plans for another day.

    Lol! This tread is funny! I hare it when people are late! Here in hawaii its laid back and they even have a thing called hawaiian time. That means about 45 minutes late for everything! Nothing n no one is one time here! Gets me so mad! Im always early lol!

    i just get so pissed off when people say they will be somewheres at a cetain time and then they either show up an hour late and act like its no big thing or they call 10-30mins before they were supposed to show up and give you some bullshit story as to why they are going to be late. i have anger issues i know but its hard not to when people do stupid things that could have been avoided. My anger got wayyyyyy worse since i got pregnant! i just dont have a lot of patience! i really hope after my son comes i find some i dont want him thinking im crazy :]
