The SWAT Team & Drug Enforcement Cops...

are on my street. They have 2 guys in custody on the ground. There are cops with black masks on and some with gas masks on. I think the house which is 3 house down from me might have had a Meth Lab going. THey had my neighborhood blocked off from people going in and out, but now its open. It crazy and kinda exciting to see something like this going down. I only see this stuff on the news. I guess you just never know who your neighbors are or what they could be doing.

    @JasminGN Wow! It was pretty cool seeing some action take place. Never seen this in my neighbor hood. I could smell a light aromafrom the house, because the cops with the gas masks on opened up the windows, so I assume it was a meth lab or something or unless they threw in those smoke things, but I don't think it was that. I was waiting to see if the news crews were going to show up, but nothing yet. I'm so nosey, I keep looking out the window. I actually walked down the street to get a closer look. Hee hee.

    My uncle had a Meth lab going for 3 years. His house was walking distance from the fire and police department, post office, and the town's middle and elementary school.

    When I was younger I used to walk with my grandma to the post office and we would walk by the fire department and they would turn the lights on for me. And when I was 2 I walked to the school by myself.

    Moral of story is yeah, you never know. They can hide it well...

    Web those in drug enforcement don't catch it. I had a neighbor that lived across me and had a meth lab. The parents were successful with their business and very nice ppl. You'd never expect them to have a meth lab in their garage! We were right, it wasn't the parents but the children. The only suspicious thing we saw was a lot of random vehicles at that house and we assumed it was the typical, parents go on vacation and kids party thing. They discovered the lab when it exploded. This too was a walking distance from the police and fire department lol

    @JasminGN thats crazy. My son said he even saw the FBI there earlier too. CRAZY!!!! Gotta be careful.

    Lol yea. And a parents we try looking for a safe place for our children to grow up in...it's hard finding a place like that cuz you just never know who is who and what happens when ppl turn their backs

    my dad is a cop. he used to be a sheriff, a detective and a narcotics officer- he still works with the u.s. marshalls and i love when he tells me the stories that go on. it really opens your eyes

    A neighbor I had who owned the cemetary ran a meth lab. But they were the "sore thumbs" in our community. They were very very mean people! But, I didnt expect them to have a meth lab either! Its crazy :)

    @JasminGN I agree. As parents you certainly want to protect your children from all the bad, but all we can do is try.
    @survivormommie3 Yea I love the stories too. My step-dad use to work for the fire dept and I loved it when he'd tell me his stories too.
    @usafwife_21 Well I guess that was a blessing in disguise. Such craziness.
