@iwantaboy18 the chicco is cheaper at walmart because its the much older moldels. The cheapest you will find the new models is at Target but even they dont carry all the newest models.
@iwantaboy18 - Before I purchased the Chicco I tested the carseat in the shopping cart at Babies R Us and although it didnt lock into place, it did fit securely into the cart. I had a Gracco with my first child and the carseat I had didn't fit securely into every cart so it just depends on the cart.
