Help! Hemmoroid Problem (Possibly TMI)

Ok so me and hubby "did the deed" last night and during my hemmoroid started hurting (we wasn't doing anal or anything ) anyways I woke up at 1 in bad pain around the hemmoroid. So I felt it and on th hemmoroid, like on the left side of it there is a knot and it hurts like hell to touch it. I put some preparation h on it but does anyone think i should call the doctor or any ideas of what migt be going on? It kinda scares me cause its a knot in the side and hurts like heck! Thank you!

    put a bottle of witch hazel in the fridge let it get nice and cold and try applying that gently to it. it works wonders!!!! very soothing and very safe

    My midwife told me to lubricate a finger and gently push the hemmorhoid back in and hold for at least 5 minutes... My bf did it for me and although uncomfortable and embarrassing, it did work
