Well I had just got my milk in 6 days after I had my daughter and I was only getting 3 ounces then I got thrush and mastistis sorry about spelling then was only pumping an ounce now I don't wanna quit pumping but I don't produce near enough milk for my baby
Should I take it? I breastfeed I know she gets enough from me but when I pump I only get an ounce from each breast. I don't give her a bottle unless I'm out with her and I don't feel comfortable breasfeeding.
@Beautiful_Alter I take 3 caps 3 times a day. If I can remember lol. Sometimes just twice a day. I get all stressed out at work and busy. My supply went way down. Getting a couple more oz out with each pumping now.
Even if it doesn't work it has a cool side effect. Makes you smell like syrup. Your skin, hair, and other places if you know what I mean. It didn't work for me but I smelled so tasty
