34weeks and cramping

the whole day today i been having like a period cramp all over in the bottom of my tummy and my hip bones hurts a lil.. also i been feeling my vagina a lil bit of Hot on and off. but that wen away already im still having the light cramping tho IS THIS NORMAL? ohh and i have a lil bit of light clearish discharge. NORMAL OR WAT CAN IT BE?
