No just drink one before s nighttime feeding, and drink a light beer because they have less alcohol. @homebirthadvocate knows more about it

No luck. I was told if I am only pumping I will have this problem

Yeah my milk is still the same too but I can't have her eat on me cause I have thrush so I really hope these pills start working soon
