need advice please....sudden swelling...UPDATE.... oy!
so i am 40w4d (or 39w4d.....i have two due dates). my feet and ankles have been swollen from about 20 wks. but i noticed my feet were really sore earlier, so i put on some slippers. i hop in bed and notice how REALLY REALLY swollen my feet/ankles are. much more than usual. and i pressed on my feet to see if the indentation stayed...and it did. that is different from before. typically it'll go away. should i be really concerned about this??? my next appt is tuesday

UPDATE: so my mom is an RN and came over this morning to check everything out. I went to sleep last night and decided that after i go pee in the morning and come straight back to bed i would check out the swelling. which was just as bad as last night. my feet are still pitting. so mom checked out my legs too and they are swollen and pitting as well. she took the blood pressure in both arms... one arm being 120/82 the other 130/84 (my typical BP is usually 115-120/ 62-70). so i have complained that i can be sitting at rest for a while and i can just feel my heart racing or skip a beat, and sure enough i am tachycardic. my pulse was 112 while at rest. i am just keeping an eye on it, and of course if it gets worse i will call the OB on call. until then it's waiting for this girl until my appt on Tuesday.
